looking for program that syncs websites and uploads to phone

I just got my Audiovox SMT5600....AWESOME PHONE..even better when you can get it for $25 from amazon.

I'm not going to subscribe to the data service, I don't think I'm going to be using that much, but I would like is a program that:

1)Downloads sites to my comp

2) Syncs with phone for offline viewing

I used these programs back when I was using my Palm

so, does anyone know about a program that can do that?
