An online home page generator!

Hi,

I have just spent a load of time over the last few days creating an online home page generator for the SPV, it is based on Dr. Ralph's design (I hope he has no objections...)

I haven't tested it to the max yet, but it does work. So let me know what you think.

The website is www.willyworms.co.uk/xml.html.

The layout is extemely basic as I wanted to get the core code written, if you would be interested in helping out on this project by improving the GUI or want to help develop future features, just drop me an email [email protected]

P.S. If you follow the instructions properly, you shouldn't have any problems with the non-standard ascii codes which are used to make the icons small.

You have to either go to View on the menu bar on the top and select view source and the code will be contained there - or right click and select view source. This is so there are no problems when transfering it over to the SPV

thx for this not bad, not 100% though cus, I can't get the small icons, just big overlapped ones. I know this is mentioned somewhere in the forum. Gonna have a look now. Apart from that I now have a cool collection of home screens.

OK, nice one read your post above copied and pasted differently now working fine.

Had a problem with save as, encoding ? got there eventually, although I had to use a file template that Alex e-mailed me earlier.

Looks pretty cool now though.
