icon for settings.lnk or similar

Hi i'm still having grief getting the shortcut plugin to disply the icons for:

url's (is there a syntax other than action='http://www.test.com

some shortcuts (ie settings.lnk)

all the icons are '?' and work (take you to correct place).

Any solutions/help?
