Please integrate IM with the contacts system. If I open up a specific contact, I'd like to be able to select "im" as well as w/h/f/e/sms/etc. and send them an IM message (if they're online). There are benefits I think to higher levels of integration in terms of providing the user with the easiest way to get a message to the recipient.

I expected that a phone that has a contacts directory and has a camera would let me add pictures that are displayed when someone rings me. I'd like to see this feature added.

If I am at the Home page and I type digits, the phone searches my contacts. I would like it to search for numbers *anywhere* in the phone number. e.g. at the moment if I type 123, it only finds phone numbers 123xxxxx, but I'd also like it to locate numbers like xxx123xxx because I often only remember bits of people's phone numbers.

On a related note, I'd also like it to search company names. e.g. if I type in some letters of a business name, I'd like it to show me the names of all the people at that company. This might be one for a later phone that can handle the searching as I'd prefer not to have this if it slows the phone down any more (it's very clunky in the user interface department as it is).
