problems since my phone crashed

hi,

About 2 weeks ago, my phone switched itself off(batt was full), and when I powered up, it had lost all of my settings, including email, homepage etc. But, the most annoying thing, is that I still have program's on it, but they don't show up on the 'Remove programs' page.

how can I delete them ??
