I noticed the SPV on theh carphonewarehouse website and have just ordered one yestoday @ £249.99 (pre-12month).

The guy at the carphonewarehouse told me about this site, the information on it so far has been helpful, and has made me realise that paying the extorshionate £100 upgrade fee is going to be well worth it, i now know that the phone has more capability than i initial thought and i cant wait to play with it.

Being the impatient type im wondering what the camera is like, is it suitable for a bit of arial photography (i dont expect it to be super), but it would be handy if i could take a pic and message them to friends and famaliy whilst flying over towns, monuments etc.

Again thanks to whoever setup this forum and the users on it who have contributed very useful knowledge.

Thanks, thats actually better than i expected, i usually take photos between 1000 and 1500ft and at that quality it will look fine.

You should know that you need to hold the camera still for a couple of secs AFTER having "clicked" the action-button... It's not a "click-and-move" cam, but it does also allow you to make vidz, although with a severe lag...

Yeah, remember the first pictures I took! :D That is important.. Speaking about the camera, how do you turn off or change that annoying click sound?! It's helluwa loud and sounds like utter crap IMO!
