Hi there,

I,ve been in the process of making ringtones to try out and use on my brand new shiny smartphone and thought that others would perhaps like to have them. I,ve raided my MP3 collection and come up with a bit of a variety of stuff.Perhaps you have not yet got round to making your own and in which case feel free to use the ones i have made with links below. I,m not claiming them to be brilliant or anything and I have not tested all of them but give em a whirl. They are all in .wav format and can be copied straight into the windows directory of your phone..

I got a load as midi files (all those and more) - some sound ok - but most sound horrid...

Might get hold of a mid -> wav convertor, and try them as wavs...

ive clicked on some of the links in the first post and nothing happens. it wont load anything, i just get a page cannot be displayed in IE or if i tr saving target nothing happens. Am i being really dumb and doing somehting wrong or have the links expired?

The two best loud tones I've got are either Samuel L Jackson saying "oh i'm sorry, did I break your concentration" with a gunshot from Pulp Fiction, from here or a (very annoying if you don't want to hear it!) buzzer - .wav]http://www.bornsloppy.co.uk/spvsounds/Alar...rm_Sound[1].wav (copy the whole url - phpBB doesn't like it becuase of the [1]) from http://www.bornsloppy.co.uk/sounds.htm

just go to downloads.com or somewhere like that and do a search for a program called winRAR, or i think a program called winACE might also do the trick. it works the same way as a zip, justa different form of compresssion.
