Copying files through Windows Media Player 9

I have tried to copy audio files to my SPV using the "Copy to CD or Device" option in WMP. Although My Smartphone is listed as an available device, despite having free space it continually displays 0 free space. Is this a known issue that I am slow on picking up on, or is anyone out there able to shed any light on this for me :?: :!: :?:

Although smartphone is an "available device" it is not currently a "supported device" for WMP.

It generally seems to copy stuff ok if you have enought space on the device, but if not will give an erro when trying to copy.
