Guest dan Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 I know other people have had problems. I downloaded All Explorer direct to my SPV but automatic activation won't work. I haven't had the authorisation code through from All Locations despite having bought it over a week ago. I e-mailed support yesterday but have not had a response. Appalling service. Even tried downloading it again yesterday, no luck. Any ideas? Cheers Dan
Guest Bazz Posted December 31, 2002 Report Posted December 31, 2002 Keep trying. I got it to work eventually. Also trying connecting to GPRS first. If you use Messenger then launch this. This will keep the GPRS connection open. I read somewhere that All-Explorer has problems opening the connection. Either that or try manual activation. Barry
Guest RMWD Posted January 1, 2003 Report Posted January 1, 2003 Dan I tried manual activation and had the code back in minutes on my normal internet connection.

Guest yatpeak Posted January 21, 2003 Report Posted January 21, 2003 There should now be a link in te programs menu to it.
Guest Thurstan Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 ok I'm trying to load All-Explorer from the card on a friend's SPV after doing a hard reset. I've done the manual connection over the internet, when I put the code in, the programme say's it's done, and is now ready for use. But then when I try to open All-Ex, it asks for the activation process to be done again right from the start. I've tried it at least 10 times now, including trying a reboot after entering the code, but it still ain't working.
Guest Thurstan Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Re: above - Is there any way to run .cab files on SPV other than from within All-Ex?
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted January 22, 2003 Report Posted January 22, 2003 Browse to the .cab on your PC and create a shortcut to it in the start menu. You should them be able to run it from your phone without the need for All-Explorer
