Alarm problems

Firstly, Hiya from a newbie SPV owner. Now the prob. I got the phone yesterday and ripped the packaging apart to get to my new toy, played with it a little then 'the missus' decided to have a go. She kindly set the time and date for me. But know I cannot acces the 'Date and Time' menu it comes up with ERROR The setting could not be opened, with the soft keys giving OK or Cancel option.

Whats goin' on ???

Please help before I have to go to Orange and make myself look even more stupid ! :oops:

Rang Orange earlier and explained the Alarm problem to them. Apparently its a 'fault' that their engineers are looking into at the moment as a few people have had the same error ? :shock: Does anyone here know wheather a hard reset would rectify it ? Don't really fancy doin' it unless I have to (knowing my luck i'll bloww the bugger up ! :roll: )
