Showing picture of caller with SPV- possible?

i want to take a picture of all the ppl in muy address book and so when they call their picture apprears- now microshaft would have to be incredibally dumb to NOT have this feature so im assuming this is possible and some bright sprk will show me what to do?

I just got my phone today, but AFAIK there is no way to do it ATM, however i would imagine a feature like that will be on the list to dos.
