Delivery problems with ALL locations and Handango

Hello,

Has anyone else here had issues with Handango, and more specifically, ALL locations ?

Obviously Handango are acting as a cover-all vendor here, and the two pieces of software I ordered ( Explorer and GPRS counter ), I have STILL not been sent the registration keys for !!! And this was 2 weeks ago !!!

Now I can understand the benefits of ordering on the web, but if they are going to do things that way, then the service should be there

I've emailed ALL locations numerous times, am now going to move on to Fax-ing and Emailing Handango. However, if anyone has any good suggestions, then I am all ears ...

You've just been very unlucky, I bought Explorer and the GPRS Counter and activated them manually. The unlock keys arrived back via email with a minute. It's an auto-responder so they may have had issues with it.

I know it doesn't excuse them but they normally reply to emails very promptly, I can anly assume the Xmas/New Year break is the cause of that.

On the plus side, both apps are superb and well worth the money!

Hi there,

I also have the applications of ALL-locations, but the trick is:

You don't get a registration code when you buy the application, but you get an activation code after you have activated the application. Just install it onto your SPV and run the application. The software will tell you what to do to get your activation code.
