Problems with Activesync

When I try to Sync i get

Critical communications services have failed to start. To correct this error quit all programs and restart windows

I have tried that and re installed ActiveSync.

I get this message on both my laptop and desktop so guess it must be the phone

Any ideas?

Sorted it thanks reboot of teh phone...now all I have to do is get GPRS working...some hope
