What programto use? please help!

Hi if any one can help me its not a hard quetin to answer. At the moment i am listening to a song and its 128kbps which is very gd quality, BUT each file is around 3 to 4 mb which is to much and takes up to much space on my 32mb card.

Has any one got ideas for what program i should use to compress the music but also maintain the good quality can someone help me please.
