Access to files on storage card

Hi together,

Could anybody tell me how I get access to my files stored on the storage card? I also would like to know how I can open video files on the phone. I have tried it with mpeg files but media player doesn't find them on the storage card.

The video files must by WMV files otherwise they won't work. There are plenty of threads about video encoding on this forum (try the tips'n'tricks area).

Access the storage card can be done through active sync by exploring or you can put all-explorer on your phone (comes on the card when you buy the phone)

Don't forget All-Explorer on the card is a demo version :(

What's the benefit of the full version? I'm still running the demo and it is still working fine. Will it expire at some stage? I'm sure I've been running it for over a month now...

I'd happily buy the full version if I HAVE to but at the moment I can't see the motivation...

That's what I thought, unfortunately it does expire however. I hard reset my phone and then re-installed which is probably why it expired quite recently in my case. :D

I installed the trial again after it expired and its working fine now...

I was unable to do that :( it would loop on the registration screen, but the full version is cheap so I decided to buy.

It is worth buying but also the only time my phone crashed I was away from my computer and All-explorer asked for registration code so as I had bought the full version I did an auto reg and was up and running again very quickly :D
