Data Connection Problems

I recently got an unlocked SPV over ebay. I live in Australia and I have now connected it to Optus. Though I can get most of the aspects of the phone working, I haven't yet managed to connect it to the internet or to send MMSs.

Yesterday I managed to get my phone to recieve MMSs and connect to the GPRS network through IE, but I still can't send them or Connect to the internet.

The settings I have currently in MMS Settings are:

IP: 61.88.190.10

Port: 9201

Mmsc Adress:http://mmsc.optus.com.au:8002

The settings for the GPRS connection it is connected to are:

Connects To: WAP Network

Access Point: MMS

User Name: 61422395336 (The 61 is my country code, I was told to enter it)

Password: (blank)

Primary DNS: 202.139.83.3

Secondary DNS: 192.65.91.129

IP Adress: (blank)

My dial-up internet settings are:

Connects To: The Internet

Country Code: 61 (If I leave it blank, it enters a zero, which is incorrect)

Dialling Code: 3 (The area code for Victoria is 03, but it has to type it 613, so i thought that this would be the best way to do it)

Phone number: 86253090

Username: (my username)

Password: (blank, I enter it when I try to connect)

Domain: 203.2.75.132

I know that not many people on this forum live in Aus, or are connected to Optus, but if you could help me I would appreciate it very much. :D
