MS-Access(db), Excel, pdf files support?

Hello,

I'm very intersting to buy this SPV, but I need to be sure that I can have or get those features (already or in the future).

So, what do know about that:

- Does the SPV support the excel files (read or write) and does it read the pdf files?

- Same question, but, could I transfer data's from MS-Access tables (without need to convert ie: in excel format or something like that...), then, used that as a real database on the SPV?

There is a reader program around somewhere but I think it's for text files not pdfs

Currently there is no excel or anything else viewers.

There is a Pocket PowerPoint viewer, that's about it.

Aside from not being able to link access to your spv there is currently no database applications for it either.

In the future I imagine all of these things will be covered but when I say future I wouldn't bet on earlier than 6 months and I wouldn't be surprised by a year.

It's a good platform but it's very new and has a lot of teething problems to resolve. Hopefully once app signing and development mobiles get resolved we'll see a lot of free or cheap software from the pocket pc getting ported over.
