receiving SMS problem!

Sometimes the SMS's dosent who up.. I've to press the "options --> import messages from SIM" and w00p all the missed SMS's shows up.. but evrytime I do that there is coming about 14 unread messages.. But I only want do read the newest i've never read before..

But why should I import from SIM, sometimes when I get sms ? :D(

try putting the sim in another phone and removing all old sms's. by default they should be delivered straight to the phone though...
