Guest softice Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Does anyone know how to backup and restore 100% of the SPV Intel Strata Flash? It's impossible to backup/restore the registry - this is possible with the iPAQ but not with the SPV.
Guest rcraswell Posted January 10, 2003 Report Posted January 10, 2003 Registry backup and restore is exactly why we didn't implement full backup/restore on the Smartphone. The PPC (iPAQ, XDA, etc.) version of our backup program does full backup. Microsoft is aware of the problem and is working on fixing it. Once they're done, we'll be able to update Backup to a version that does the full deal. --ron
