Synchronisation error

My SPV has been synchronising via the cradle/ USB conmnection to my PC for Outlook synchronisation very well, until today. I finally got access to my corporate e-mail this morning via IMAP, and since successfully downloading e-mail that way, I now want to synchronise again for contacts, calendar etc. When I put my SPV in the cradle, it seems to 'connect' OK, but tells me there is a synchronisation error and won't synchronise. Anyone got any idea what I need to do to get synch'ing again?

Check the free space on your phone.

If you're corporate system had loads of old email sitting in the Inbox or somewhere it may have synced this onto the SPV and used up all the space or something like that.

Sorry to sound stupid but where do I find out how much space is left and how do I improve the situation?

In Propams - Settings - About

Or if you have all-explorer on there at the top of the folder list (Smartphone) file-properties, then menu - memory.

If it is out of space you'll probably need to go painfully through deleting messages from the mail by hand.
