Internet/WAP connections- PLEASE help!

I have just got my SPV and cannot connect to the internet however hard i try, ive been on the phone to orange for 2 hours but they havent got a clue.

Could someone please help me with the settings here!!

Do you have G in a box in the middle of your icon bar at the top when not doing anything?

This shows that GPRS is enabled, it is based on Orange activating your account and phone setup won't affect it. If it's not there your account is not activated and you need Orange to sort it out. (Remember if they send you a SIM Update SMS reboot your phone.)

If the G is there then it's a phone config issue and do a search on this forum for GPRS settings as there are a lot of threads relating to this.

I do have G box, i have tried some settings from different threads on here but its still not working!!

Can anyone help?!

If anyone can tell me there working settings, would be much appreciated!!

I had exactly the same problem! Tried my SIM in another SPV in The Link store and still it didn't work!

I had confirmed with Orange 156 many times that GPRS was enabled.

In the end I got a new SIM and this time everything has ran perfectly first time! Return to your store (or Orange) and get a replacement.

If you fancy trying the settings i've posted them elsewhere in the forums (the DNS addreses and stuff for internet access).

Might be worth asking OCS to remove then reapply the GPRS product, remember to read and delete the sim update and try again, its possible the GPRS isn't provisioned fully on your account, although though as you have the G indicator it probably rules this out, worth a try though ?
