Downloading mp3s is "illegal" get some ripping software and convert your own music collection.

Put them on the phone in /Storage Card or /IPSM/My Documents and they should be visible in Media Player.

That's a whole big topic concerning the legality of downloadable MP3s. Your best bet is to copy your own CDs on your PC (using Windows Media Player / Real Player or about a million other pieces of software) and then copy them to the phone.

Have a search on this site. Note that Windows Media Player has bugs when copying files directly so copy using explorer.

Nope not possible. There is a "radio off" mode which is confusing some people. It means "phone signal off" not radio.
