do the spv runs the windows ce appls?

hello i am newhere and this is my first post i dont know if it sound stupid but they told me that the spv runs most of the ce apps is that right??is there any site that i can see the software exists for it?are there any othet phones that habe the same operating system?does it supprot j2me or personal java??

No java at the moment but now we can get past the certification

But from what I gather java will make the phon run slower ;)
