My Battery Is Loose !

My battery is loose and creaks when I use the keypad.

I`ve cured this with some small bits of folded paper between the phone and the battery.

This has stopped the creaking but is hardly ideal.

Does anyone else have the same problem ?

I wonder if the battery has warped OR if it`s the phone.

Orange have authorised a replacement (due to another fault which I think has now cleared it`self).

I`m just loathe to accept a recon which could well be riddled with faults.
