how to make hard rest Imate Pocket

hi to all im new in imate pocket pc i like to ask how to make hard reset for this phone, any one can help:)

You hold down the power button while you press the Soft Reset at the bottom.

the soft reset is the button on the left of the cradle connection. if you cant find it i think i posted a guide here a while back.
