A Program that Assigns a Ringtone to Contact

I have a HP IPAQ h6315 that uses windows mobile 2003

I'm new to the arena.. so I was wondering what program I could use in order to assign a ringtone and picture to a contact

I've been looking for such a program for a while now. The only one I've found was on Pocketgear.com (http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=8675). It's not for free but its something.
