Lost signal this morning whilst stationary (at home) and phone wouldn't refind signal, I had to do a switch off and switch on to reinstate connection.

Secondly, received a call but couldn't answer it as the keyboard was locked up, again had to reboot by removing the battery this time.

I thought I had got one of the good ones having had it a couple of weeks with no problems, perhaps not.

Will this be fixed in the update I wonder or should I change the phone?

I have had similar problems answering calls.

I am job hunting at the moment and keep gettting agents ringing up all the time. Out of the, lets say, 10 calls about 2 of them die when I press the answer button. No reason, they just die and locks up. I really need this fault at the moment. Also my head phone socket has got a physical error where it does not detect when the socket is removed. That's really handy as well as it stays on the headphone profile.

I recon the update, when it occurs, will be over-hyped and we will be waiting several months again for service pack 2 update.

Arrhh

Just spoken to Orange regarding the problems explained above.

They did a diagnostic check online and diagnosed I had a faulty phone, they are sending a 'brand new' replacement tomorrow ;)

Hopefully this one will have no problems :?:
