Poor Orange Tech Support

Hi,

My M2000 after 8 days (always after 7 day return period!) has been locking up and when you nclick the reset button you lose the entire contents of the memory. This is a "clean" m2000 and has not had any software loaded on "yet"! and the backup battery showing 100%.

Orange tell me that they Wont replace it until their technical dept elevate the fault. The CS person sounded just like the bank clerk in Little Britain "Computer says no!"

Its this normal Service? I have orange care on my account!

Hopefully you are aware but it is 7 working days.

You can also reject faulty goods under the sales of goods act.
