High pitched noise when making calls

Hi all -

I've started to notice a continous high pitched noise coming from my M2000 during calls. It seems to be coming from the microphone (strangely) but is also audible through the speaker.

I don't think its premature senility or ringing in my ears - is anyone else hearing the same?

yeh i've noticed this but it only seems to be to certain numbers with me, it is especially loud with mobiles, its no there when i'm using skype which i find quite odd
