World Tracker auto location updates?

I'm looking into "Lone Worker" safety systems ATM, and part of the system I'm trying to design is Co-ords and a map of a persons position.

Using WorldTracker...

1) Can you update your location from your phone?

2) Can this be assigned to a speed dial, or performed automatically every x minutes? (without having to go to a website, just by pressing a button)
