Calling true pc with c500

:( Damnit i try to find someting about it for a long time so i try it true this way (sorry for my english but its the best i can)

Hi i have a working c500 ho makes a connection with activesync true bleutooth (yes thats work fine with me) but now i want to make calls with my pc and using my smartphone as an modem r how do you call it.

Now my question is How do i Do that..... plssss it would help me alot if you could help me.... with this.....
