WebWapSelect - ?

Hi ,

I wonder how WebWapSelect work and how to use it ??? .

Can I via this software view web/wap pages in different way than normally ???

I noticed that some pages does not display after installing WebWapSelect .

You can use webwapselect to change the user agent of the phone.

Some websites are setup to automatically direct you to a particular section of the site depending on the user agent. Often the SPV would fail to access the site or be directed to the full internet pages rather than the required WAP pages so webwapselect was useful to change the phone information to imitate another model i.e nokia 6210

When the SPV first came out a lot of websites didn't recognise the SPV as a WAP capable phone but it seems to be less of a problem now.

Note: You can edit the webwapselect.ini file to to amend the available options.

How about those settings - how to set those settings for best performance ???

What those settings mean ???
