Connecting SPV C500 to PC disables USB devices

Hi,

When I connect my SPV C500 to the USB hub on my Windows XP PC all the other USB devices connected to the same HUB start failing, including the keyboard which causes a few problems obviously.

Anyone seen this problem before and now how to fix it?

the c500 does not take to kindly to hubs, (often sync wont connect) I suggest you connect directly to the pc

The power fo the hub is distributed between all the devices and the C500 takes to much for the others to work, squall is, as usuall, correct in his advice.

It's not just power that can cause problems as you can get powered hubs etc. Activsync is designed to work on a direct connection and the quality of the hub is what makes the difference rather than if it is powered or not.
