Once Certification has been removed

Assuming someone was stupid enough to remove certification from their phone... but did not make a note of the Orange settings that he had to re-enter (not that I would be that stupid... perish the thought)

I dont suppose someone could have a look at their phone and reply with the settings & locations that need to be re-entered so I can erm, pass them onto a friend

A full list of what you need would make life easier..., also I thought the latest method of de-certifying ur phonew kept all default O settings?
