I am running 2003 on my phone and do not have t9 available to me when I press the * button. In reading several posts I saw that the file t9english.dll should be in my windows directory on my phone, that is if I have understood correctly. It is not.

Can some one make that file available to me? I also would like the one for spanish.

Thanks in advance for the file and or helping me with the problem.

You cannot just add another T9 file to the phone, you would have to

re-hack the ROM to make it possible.

You may have the cartman version of 2003 but I thought that had English T9.

I bought my 2003 off of ebay.

MICROSOFT: 4.20.13349.0

MANUFACTURER: 3.70.23.0

the readme file says it has t9 in several languages including english and spanish. I just can't get it to work when I press the * button.

First off ask for your money back from the ebay seller and report them as there are no legal versions of 2003 available.

Actually I've got the same problem... no T9 - worse thing - I would need the czech t9... Better thing - I don't like t9 and don't use it :-)

Strange thing: The t9 is not accessible, but there is a file on my device storage that maps the new words (it is easy to recognize it / these word are in czech :-) )... really strange - I guess it's possible to add t9 by moving some sort of local t9 file on the card and edit the registry path..., or not?

I'm running WM2003 without Cartman's logo (and I didn't buy it... I prefer the google shopping :-) not an e-bay pirates).
