E200 crashed

hi all.

i thiought ille get advice from here as Orange have not been able to solve the problem since the 25th december even though i have orange care.

my e200 has frozen. when i turn it on it goes to the sunset screen and then goes white and onto the blue windows mobile screen. it then just stays on this screen. the keypad lights up and stays on and also the orange coloured light on the top left stays on, even with a full battery. rang up orange and they guided me through a http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?p=97945#97945>Hard Reset over the phone. this did not work. when i press the record button and the power on button it comes up with the " press any button for boot loader" ive pressed the number 8(nothing happens) the joy stick in and you get the tri colour screen. red green and blue. v1.07.02 doc. at this screen nothing else happens and this freezes as well. the phone is not dtected on my pc now as well .

any advice will be relly appreciated and thanks in advance

The Hard Reset will work, its all in the timing! click on the words Hard Reset for the modaco guide. Try enough times and you will get it

The other thing you could do is to reinstall the latest orange rom (get from HERE)

This can be installed from the 3 colour screen, simply put phone in 3 colour screen, plug into cradle then run file on pc (Active sync will not connect!)
