Guest zoltix Posted January 4, 2005 Report Posted January 4, 2005 Jessops have a big store a few hundred yards from Tottenham Court Road tube. It's actually in New Oxford Street which is the name given to Oxford Street after it crosses Tottenham Court Road.
Guest tsutton Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Hmm... that is quite interesting... how much do they cost? I did manage to find a 128mg Mini-SD in a Tottenham court road store but it was like 30 pounds!!! That's rip off. I got my 512MB for £30 brand new inc free delivery from online. (price match) - sadly I can't say which one as this is one off for me.
Guest sparkisgti Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 [rant:on] afraid to say tottenham court road is not what it used to be years ago.. TBH nothing is cheaper their than you can find online or in normal retail stores.. they now cater for ripping off unsuspecting touristswho believe a bargain is to be found their.. infact i bought some sony headphones a while back thinking they was a fair price till i walked into a dixons and found the exact same ones for a £5 less :?: suffice to say i have visited TCR for the last time and wont bother wasting my time again. [rant:off]
Guest Chaser81 Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Just FYI guys, The Link sells Mini SD cards now as well. They only do the 128MB ones and they charge a massive £39.99 for them (!!!), but if anyone needed one in a hurry, find The Link on your local high street.
