VMail Count (in the millions) Problem

When I added plug-in

VMail:

EMail:

SMS:

from RJ's default http://www.modaco.com/viewforum.php?f=43>home screen, my VMail: count is like 7 digits, as in 4295678560 when I have one actual voice mail message waiting. I troubleshot and loaded his original XML code just to be sure it wasn't something I did while editing and I get the same problem with RJTime.home.xml as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated and TIA...

Sounds like a phantom email variant. Try this one:

1. Kill tmail.exe via TaskManager

2. Execute Phantom Fix.

Pzee: Appreciate your help but unfortunately, PFix didn't do anything that I can tell, still have the huge number for VM count even after rebooting the phone.

I've always had it too. It must have something to do with how the carrier sends the vmail notification. It never worked for me. Now I just dont use it in http://www.modaco.com/viewforum.php?f=43>homescreens.

Spark and Encece....thanks, at least that tells me I haven't done something to screw up the XML. Maybe someone else will see the post and have any eye deer. I didn't notice in your profiles BTW, but are either/both of you with Cingular?
