Guest jenquack Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 The calendar on my c500 is being quite strange.... i work 3 on/3 off shifts so have my days entered into my phone, every day for the next 6 months, took me ages! 8) but the appointment always pops up on my phone the day before it's due to occur, which not only gets in the way a bit but is quite confusing when i think i have a day off! is there any way of diabling this feature at all? i've looked and cant find it... also the calendar very unhelpfully pushed all my appointments forward an hour, so instead of 10:15 it says i start work at 11.15 now etc etc! can i push them all back or do i have to do each one manually??? :| anyone any ideas? i can't be bothered to ring orange and explain about it! cheers :)
Guest mcwarre Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Try deleting all and using outlook; it is much easier. As for the reminder perhaps the default has been set to 24hrs (outlook is typically defaulted yo 15 mins)
Guest Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 AFAIK, it shows the next entry (unless that entry is more than a day away). Therefore, if you have no more calender entries for today, and the next one is for tomorrow - start work - then that is what gets shown. It should display the date, though , if the entry is for tomorrow. Afraid I don't know how to get round it. Definately agree that using Outlook is the easiest way to manage the calender - and contacts too.
