Video codecs for mp4 and 3gp

Hi, does anyone know where i can find the codecs so i can view *.mp4 and *.3gp videos on my pc?

quicktime will play these files.... pop off to apple and away you go...

i'm after a mp4/3gp player for Pocket PC...so if you have any ideas on that one.. Windows Media Player doesnt wanna know... Any way i can transfer the MultiMedia album from the E200 would be spot on but no luck yet...
