Citytime plugin Messages Plugin All Day Event Calendar Power Tasks Profile Missed Calls Smart Monitor Comments My current personal homescreen, I thought I'd share! 8) More blue than purple on the C500/SMT5600 UPDATE: Added DATE/TIME (Carrier Plugin) as default optional replacement of Citytime plugin. If you want to use the Citytime Plugin, in the XML file, you need to: 1) remove the <!-- & --> from around the citytime plugin (comment tages) 2) comment out or remove the Carrier plugin. When using the default Carrier/Time/Date plugin, adjust your long date format in Settings>Regional Settings to make sure it fits in the block. View File Edited January 9, 2005 by nickcornaglia
Guest michhy Posted January 3, 2005 Report Posted January 3, 2005 its very nice, but it looked all wrongly aligned on my mpx200. then i realize i dont have half the http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=714>plugins needed for it to display correctly, how silly! Is it possible to put the links there instead of having users go searching for them? I know, I'm just lazy, but it sure compliments your homescreen :)
Guest nickcornaglia Posted January 3, 2005 Report Posted January 3, 2005 Well, who's more lazy...me for not putting up the links or you for not searching for them? :) By the way, I posted the photoshop psd file in the zip as well, in case, for example you dont own CityTime and wanted to use the Carrier or Date/Time plugin instead you can move some graphic elements around.
Guest ChrisJM Posted January 3, 2005 Report Posted January 3, 2005 Lovely design mate. Looks very cool!

Will it only work with a relevant homescreen? and ... erm ... really sorry for being a dopey n00b but I notice this homescreen zip file does not have an auto install feature so I dont suppose anyone could offer some foolproof instruction on how to apply this homescreen? sorry again. Edited January 4, 2005 by Terminal
Guest Disco Stu Posted January 4, 2005 Report Posted January 4, 2005 Yes, you need the homescreen for the plugin to work. This will contain code that uses the plugin. Simply unzip the file you downloaded and copy the contents to \Storage \Application Data \Home. Now select it in Settings and reboot the phone just to make sure everything connects. :)

Guest Slaesh Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Hi Cheers for making such a fantastic http://www.modaco.com/viewforum.php?f=43>home screen, I really want to use it on my SPV 500, but I'm having one little problem: The CityTime plugin is not showing up, which is causing all the other http://www.modaco.com/viewtopic.php?t=714>plugins to display one line higher than they should. I've tested the CityTime default http://www.modaco.com/viewforum.php?f=43>home screen and that shows fine, but when I switch to your http://www.modaco.com/viewforum.php?f=43>home screen it doesn't appear any ideas? thanks in advance Neil
Guest nickcornaglia Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 I dont know really why that would happen. Did you edit the XML at all? Shut down and restart the phone..... Reinstall the latest CityTime..... Check the XML of the default CityTime homescreen. Make sure the CLSIDs match. Maybe Codecity changed the number between versions?
Guest Morninglight Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 (edited) Great skin.. 8) Is it possible to remove the time plugin and use normal time instead? And how can I change the Fahrenheit temperature to Celcius (that smartmonitor can display). Edited January 5, 2005 by Morninglight
