Guest cubik Posted January 4, 2005 Report Posted January 4, 2005 Is anyone aware of an application that allows the calls made and recieved on a windows smartphone to be synchronised with Microsoft Journal? If not, are there any developers out there that would be willing to look into the possibility?
Guest benjymous Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Like this, you mean: MoDaCo Smart Journal What is it? This application auto launches when your phone is docked, and syncs your Call History into your Outlook Journal. In addition, Beta 3 onwards lets you view your Outlook notes via a favorite (sic) in Pocket Internet Explorer.
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 And i'm working on a big update too, which adds full PPC compatability and a number of updates :) P
Guest cubik Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Like this, you mean: MoDaCo Smart Journal <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That's exactly what I'm looking for... thanks benjymous. Which version(s) of Outlook does this support? I've just tried it on Outlook 2000 (SP3) and it doesn't seem to work; i.e. nothing has imported into the Journal.
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 5, 2005 Report Posted January 5, 2005 Tested on Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 if I remember rightly... P
