Ignoring cost for a minute what is the best HTC Typhoon SmartPhone at the moment and why?

As far as I can tell they all look the same, surely they have some differences.

the htc typhoon variants are the same hardware wise, only some softweare differences (regional settings etc)

the htc feeler is a variant of the typhoon which has some hardware changes, mainly the case design and hte joystick.

Thanks Squall

Isn't the standby time on the I-Mate SP3 something crazy like 140 hours much more than the C500?

The C500 and the I-Mate SP3 look almost identical.

The answer's obvious! The best C500 variant is MY ONE!!!

Seriously, start adding your own choice of games, apps and show-off's onto it, and whichever one you get will be the best phone available anywhere!

Ive played with the sp3 (orange spv c500) and the sp3i. Since both have the joystick issues, i went for the sp3 (not sp3i) as it had a far, far superior build quality. The imate sp3i i tried felt like one of those fake phones you play with in the phone shops. The keypad was a bit wobbly and the joystick tacky, and it has a poor plastic housing that needs to be cleanede every five minutes to remove your fingerprints off it.

The sp3 (spv c500) has a nice aluminium casing and tidy black plastic on it. It must be aluminium or a metal of some sort cause it is a little chilly to the touch if left in a cold place!

For most people surely price is the major issue. Being able to get the C500 for a total cost of £30 for the year (after cashback) with 200 mins a monthon contract or £150 on PAYg makes the others seem overpriced. the minor differences otherwise dio not justify a major difference in price IMHO
