On my MPX220 that I bought from AT&T, I can only select iTap as the input method on a few programs. For example, when entering Tasks, I can select iTap. However, when typing text into an email in the POP3 email client that comes with the phone, I am not able to select iTap when selecting the text input method. When I use "*" to cycle through the input methods, I can only select "Abc" or "abc", not iTap. Is this normal, or is something wrong?

To get iTap to come up, you need to hold down the "*" key, which will cycle through regular, numeric, and iTap input. If you just tap the "*" key, it will cycle from regular to numeric and back again.
