Any Wapmasters overhere?

I'm looking for more info about running a WAP site on my webspace or on my own server... Does for, example, a (free) WAP forum exist? (Try searching for WAP forum on google :() and what do I need to set my server up so it can spit out WAP pages :)

Another nice option could be a IRC like page but with the messages posted on the site so I could chat with someone without using MSN (which uses data and internetting thru the orange WAP proxy is free :(:()
