how ro recover deleted voice note?or store ram2pc

plz can anybody help me?

i have deleted an important voice note,is tehrre a way to recover it?i havent shutted the phone off,or is it possible to store the memory to pc?plz something...

i have motorola mpx200 wm2003

I really don't know but the first place I'd look is in the \windows directory on the phone and see if there are any .amr, .wav or .tmp files or anything else that it might be. i would probably also copy the whole of this directory to the PC so at least you have a copy of it as i believe it will probably be stored there (I could be wrong).

I think the chances are you have lost it but hopefully someone will be able to help you.
