Hi all,

I could really use some help here...

I have been trying my hand at customizing my homescreen - nothin fancy, just making the MRU smaller, adding the temperature - simple things like that.

Just yesterday, I realized that I cannot change access the "Date and Time" settings! I have searched the forums, and found out that some problems can occur when installing RichieM's Alarm plugin. Well, the odd thing is that I do not have it installed, and I am not using any homescreen that has any reference to the plugin!

When I try to access the settings, and error message reading "The settings could not be opened" appears.

I only have the SmartMonitor plugin installed. I have also tried changing to default homescreens, but that does not work either.

Anybody has any ideas short of doing a hard reset? That would be my last resort...

Hi guys, I found out what caused the problem as described above (if anyone is interested). I edited the registry to display the short date in an unorthodox format: ddd-mmm-dd (don't ask why...)

Anyways, that kinda screwed up the "Date and Time" changing page.
