How to setup c500 (SM2003SE) fonts like on e100?

Is possible to setup c500 to display system fonts crisp like on e100? I tried cleartype but it makes no difference for me. Is it font itself? Cannot find the original font used in WM2002....

The SPV, E100 used the nina font.

I'm not sure what the c500 uses as I soon changed it to Comic Sans

Thanks. It´s interesting as on c500 it looks "fat" with soft edges
