E200 Backup Restore

I'm close to blowing a fuse at the moment with my E200 situation.

I keep having problems with the Keys sticking. My first E200 the number 1 key would stick - and the joystick would only work in 2 directions, the new E200 Orange sent me the number 4 key stuck and now the new one i received last night the backspace/clear key sticks.

To make matters worse when I try to run Orange Restore I get the message A network error has occurred - so I can't get my contacts back - grrrr.

Any ideas how I can overcome this please?

Sounds like they sent you one of my old E200s :roll:

You should send it back again and get a working model.

I stopped using the Orange Backup service after having similar problems.

Presumably the error is at their end.
