Main screen text colour

I know you can change the colour scheme, but I am happy with that apart from the

text colour - anyone know how to change the text to White? So I can see it when I have a dark wallpaper...And does this also change the menu text colour?

You'll need to edit the xml homescreen file. Either try something like the homescreen editor from MS:
